Collection or delivery
When you log a return you can select your return method. We can either arrange to collect the item from you, or you can courier it back to our business address.
Non-returnable items
Items you cannot return are marked as non-returnable on the product description page. There are exceptions, such as if we delivered the wrong item, if the item arrives damaged on delivery, or if it is defective. If you’re unsure whether your return will be successful, please contact us and we can figure it out together.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your original order(s). If you paid by EFT using PayFast, you paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), you will need to provide your banking details during the refund process.

Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank’s processing times.
Delivery and Collection
Standard delivery fee is R150 for all orders regardless of size or quantity. If you elect to collect at our store, no courier fees will be levied. Delivery will usually takes between 3-7 working days depending on operational situation and moments.
Maswika uses Courier guys for all its deliveries and we will share your order number to allow you to track your parcel.

Returns Policy
At Maswika Auto Styling we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and personalized products are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service at sales@maswikaworks.co.za/ 072 774 9280 to initiate a return.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the item securely and include all original packaging.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- You can obtain a return shipping label from our website or customer service.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Please report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

You changed your mind
If you simply changed your mind and you no longer want the item, you must return it to us within 7 days of delivery.
Defective items
You must return defective items within 30 days of delivery.
When we receive the item, we’ll inspect it. If we accept the return, you must choose whether we should repair or replace the item, credit your Maswika account with the purchase price, or refund you. Keep in mind that not all defects can be repaired, and we may not always have replacement stock available.
A defective item will not be accepted if the item:
- is faulty due to normal wear and tear (that means the normal damage that occurs over time);
- is damaged by you or you didn’t take good care of it;
- is damaged by electrical surges or sea air corrosion (like rust);
- is damaged because you modified it; or
- works as described on our website, but you’re using it for an unintended purpose.
Taking back your item
If we reject your return, we will send the item back to you. If we can’t deliver the item to you within 30 days of its return having been rejected, for example because you are unavailable or you refuse delivery, we will consider the item abandoned and may dispose of it.
